Fair condition. There are white paint like marks on the front of the jersey. It also seems quite short in length for an XL, it appears there may have been some custom work done as there is a line of stitching near the bottom.
Jersey would be best used if doing outdoor work as an item you dont mind getting dirty, or a project.
