Good condition. The Nike logo on the sleeve is worn, the stitching has been taken away from the cuff of the sleeves, likely so it fits previous owner on the sleeves, stitching has come away on the bottom of the top in places.
All of these issues if put down as minor, stitching issues can be repaired if needs be.
